HISTORY

2023

In September, Sometimes Weekly announced plans to demerge from W Corp., a subsidonym holding, citing diverging goals between the two entities. The split was framed as a shift toward community-focused storytelling for Sometimes Weekly, while W Corp. prepared to pursue broader media and technology ventures.

2024

The demerger between Sometimes Weekly and W Corp. was finalized after extended negotiations over brand ownership, which resulted in a joint partnership for MovieViral.com. W Corp. secured ownership over Fairly Unbalanced, and retained ownership over Twain, OpenW, Warstool, SpaceW, and The Ho-Hum Company.

In November, W Corp. leadership reaffirmed their commitment to expanding through proprietary brands and platforms.

2025

In March, Dr. V. Elon sold W Corp. and its AI division OpenW to TwainAI, a former subsidonym holding.

The merger, driven by the success of OpenW’s astrointelligent word-dispenser EvenSmarterChildGPT™, aimed to unify TwainAI’s data and AI expertise with W Corp.’s distribution power.

Notably, the deal excluded certain W Corp. holdings—such as Warstool, The Ho-Hum Company, and Fairly Unbalanced—while TwainAI is expected to assume W Corp.’s joint partnership in MovieViral.com with Sometimes Weekly.
